- Do the gruesome task of familiarizing yourselves with the full story of ch.19-21. What stands out to you?
- How do you explain the presence of evil on Earth?
- How does the Bible account for the existence of evil in a world created and sustained by God?
- Unpack the phrase, “In those days Israel had no king; everyone did as they saw fit.” What is the impact of not having a king, and how does it affect a society where everyone does what seems right in their own eyes?
