1 Corinthians 12:4-11

Message Questions:

  2. In verses 4-6, Paul emphasizes the diversity of gifts, services, and activities. Why was that so important for the Corinthian church? Why is important for us today?
  3. In those same verses, Paul also emphasizes unity—there is one Spirit, one Lord, one God. Why would that have been important for the Corinthians to understand? What does it mean for us today?
  4. Have you witnessed in action any of the gifts of the Spirit that Paul describes? What was that like?
  5. What gifts has God given you? How will you use them for “the common good?”
