Believe | Hope
We all know the excitement of having house guests. We fluff the pillows, put on clean sheets, vacuum the hard-to-reach places and dispose of the clutter. We get ready! Advent is us getting ready. John 1:1-14
Message Questions:
- What are you looking forward to in life?
- What is the impact of John beginning his biography of Jesus with the words, “In the Beginning…”.
- What does ‘the Word’ (In the beginning was the ‘Word’..”) mean? If you can, do some homework and sleuth out how the Greeks used ‘logos’ in those days and what the “Word of God” meant to the Jews.
- Where is there hope in your life these days? What fuels that hope?
- Is there one thing you and or your group could do this week that would spread hope? Hope is for sharing.
