Fresh Hope is a peer-to-peer mental health support group for adults struggling with their mental health, or for loved ones supporting those with mental health struggles. We connect faith and recovery principles to empower and encourage individuals to live full and rich lives in spite of their struggles or diagnosis. This group meets at St. Paul’s Leaskdale starting Wednesday, January 18, 2023, at 7 pm and meets every second week. Join in at any time . Registration is required so that we can send out advance information.
